Tonight I was hit with a hand full of eggs and huge rock on my back and called “Nigger” by a white guy in the backseat of a dark blue truck as I was riding my bike on Westheimer and Jeanetta. They drove too fast for me to get the license plate number. I had to get a cop to drive me home. This night makes me wonder how blacks did it back in the day, and why the community is looking the way it is now. I am trying not to cry, but I am in physical pain from the rock and not understanding why I deserved this.

That has been a pretty big problem lately though, especially toward females. I can’t even tell you how many times guys have shouted really nasty things to people and I’ve only personally experienced it a few times (I’ve noticed it’s always really young guys in trucks). Although this is the first time I’ve heard people shouting out racist remarks and actually physically throwing things. It really sickens me that women can’t even go out at night alone without being attacked by these ignorant, arrogant, and idiotic rednecks.
I just don’t understand why there are all these bored idiots out there that have nothing better to do than shout profanity at people. Like honestly these people are fucking cowards if they just drive off. I think just not having the chance to fight/talk back is what pisses me off the most.
